1. Booking and Estimates

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Estimates provided are based on the information shared by the customer and may change based on actual volume or complexity of the move.

2. Service Scope

Our relocation services include packing, loading, transport, unloading, and unpacking. Any additional requirements (e.g., warehousing, disassembly/reassembly) must be communicated in advance and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days, minus any applicable charges.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items are packed properly if you choose self-packing.
• Disclose fragile or high-value items in advance.
• Arrange proper parking and access at both origin and destination locations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Expert Movers and Packers is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic, strikes, or unforeseen events. While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing (if done by the customer) or unauthorized items.

6. Insurance

Customers are advised to opt for transit insurance for valuable items. We can facilitate insurance upon request, but any claims are subject to insurer’s terms.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishables, or pets. The customer must not include any such items during relocation.

8. Website Usage

The content, design, and images on expertmovers.in are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram (Haryana) courts only.
